Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24 hours, and order confirmation emails are sent within 30 minutes of placing your order.
• Before shipping, we allow 1-2 business days for product inspection and packaging to ensure all items are in perfect condition.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• United States
  • Orders $139 USD or more → Free shipping
  • Orders under $139 USD → Shipping fee $12 USD
• Canada
  • Orders $193 CAD or more → Free shipping
  • Orders under $193 CAD → Shipping fee $16 CAD

Shipping Time

• Standard orders: usually 5-9 business days after processing and leaving the warehouse.
• Wireless devices or items containing batteries: usually 10-15 business days.
• Note: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable for delayed deliveries, and shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• TNKTATTOO is not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party carriers.
• If your package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately at tnktattoo.info@gmail.com
• Photos of the packaging and product are required for claims.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
