Return & Exchange Policy – TNKTATTOO

At TNKTATTOO, we are committed to providing high-quality tattoo equipment for professional artists and enthusiasts. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want every customer to shop with confidence.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Products that have been used or damaged due to improper operation are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used tattoo machines and accessories (for safety and hygiene reasons).
  • Clearance items, customized products, and gift cards.
  • Items not purchased directly from official TNKTATTOO channels.

Product Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receipt:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos as evidence

We will evaluate your request and offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

  • Shipping Costs
  • If the return/exchange is due to product defects or a shipping error, TNKTATTOO will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • PayPal refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 120 minutes of placement and apply to full-priced items only.
